What Happens Next
Three things, in order.
A request is not yet an appointment. The front desk confirms the time with you first, so the slot is real before you plan around it.
We call you back.
Anabel, Gia or Kebra will call during office hours to agree a time, confirm which insurance you carry, and answer whatever you wrote in the request.
The forms arrive.
Our patient forms can be filled out online, or downloaded and filled out at home. If you cannot, arrive 20 minutes early and the front desk will help.
The visit.
About forty minutes for a first visit. Infants and anxious toddlers are examined knee to knee on your lap; you stay in the room throughout.

Meanwhile
Worth reading before we call.
Three pages that answer most of what parents ask on the phone.
What a knee-to-knee exam is
How an infant or an anxious toddler is examined on a parent’s lap instead of in a dental chair, and how to prepare your child for it.
Read it 2Your first visit, start to finish
The new patient special, what to bring, what happens in the room, and where part of your fee goes.
Read it 3Every question parents ask
First visits, cleanings, cavities, special needs care, emergencies, insurance and payments, answered by the practice.
